I believe everyone has the potential, and deserves the right to learn, lead and grow. What drives me is helping people reach that potential, and I love doing it.
My background resides in business leadership roles in corporate Australia and Asia, leading teams to achieve great things for their organisations, for them as individuals, for their teams and for the communities that they operate in.
Being passionate and involved in people development, I moved into learning, development and leadership more than ten years ago and made it my profession; partnering with business leaders in the design, development and delivery of training programs to build organisational and people capability, and subsequently led teams in enterprise wide capability development, leadership and culture.
I introduced and delivered coaching in programs, positioned coaching as a leadership capability, and coached business leaders and program participants during this period.
I hold a Bachelor of Business, am a certified NLP practitioner, have undertaken formal ICF accredited coaching training, and participated in a senior business management and strategy program at Columbia University (Columbia Senior Executive Program).
