I have a reputation as a balanced, collaborative professional, passionate about coaching and facilitation. My driver is to provide people the human and leadership skills to allow them to work to their natural best.
My personal leadership experience stands at over 25 years, gained through senior roles in Institutional Banking with NAB and HSBC. This includes leading and developing teams across Relationship Management, Credit Risk and Client Fulfilment.
Since actively transferring to Leadership Consulting and Coaching, I have developed and delivered learning modules in Leadership, Innovation, Strategic Customer Conversations and Strategy. My clients have included major banks, State Government departments, and diversified corporates in the accounting, technology, and non-profit sectors.
I hold a Bachelor of Business degree from CSU, a Graduate Diploma in Management from AGSM@UNSW, and am a Graduate of the AICD Company Directors program. I have also achieved Level 1 Certification from the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership.
